Baby Tracker: Albie is a mobile application designed to help parents and caregivers track essential baby care activities. The App includes features such as:

• Tracking breastfeeding sessions, formula feeding, sleep sessions, diaper changes, and temperature readings
• Monitoring daily patterns with detailed logs and 7-day trend charts
• Setting alarms and reminders for feeding, temperature checks, and other baby care tasks
• Live Activities on Lock Screen and Dynamic Island for real-time sleep tracking
• Siri Shortcuts for hands-free logging of tracking data
• Multiple baby profiles for tracking multiple children
• Insights, trend charts, developmental milestones, and educational content
• Local storage of all tracking data

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the App, you agree to:

6. Live Activities, Notifications, and Siri Shortcuts

The App uses Live Activities, notifications, and Siri Shortcuts to enhance your tracking experience:

• Live Activities: The App uses Live Activities to display sleep tracking information on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. This data is processed locally on your device.
• Notifications: The App sends notifications for alarms and reminders. You can manage notification settings in your device settings.
• Siri Shortcuts: The App supports Siri Shortcuts for hands-free logging. When you use Siri Shortcuts, data is processed locally on your device and stored in the app's local storage.
• You are responsible for managing Live Activities, notifications, and Siri Shortcuts permissions through your device settings.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Giant Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: By using this App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The App is not a medical device or medical application

• Any loss of tracking data stored locally on your device
• Any issues arising from the use of Live Activities, notifications, or Siri Shortcuts

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these terms. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Termination
