By downloading, installing, or using Simple Daily Planner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Simple Daily Planner is a mobile application designed to help you organize and manage your daily tasks, events, and schedule. The App includes features such as:

• Creating and managing daily tasks and events
• Calendar view for scheduling
• Task organization and prioritization
• Local storage of all your planning data

All your planning data, including tasks, events, and preferences, is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to us or any third party (except for anonymized analytics data used solely to count users without identifying them).

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purposes as a daily planning and scheduling tool
• Provide accurate information when creating tasks and events
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Not use the App for any illegal purposes
• Not share your device with unauthorized users if it contains sensitive planning information

4. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. All planning data, including tasks, events, and preferences, is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to us or any third party (except for anonymized analytics data). 5. Analytics

The App uses Mixpanel for analytics purposes:

• User Counting: We use Mixpanel solely to count the number of users without identifying or collecting any personal information about individual users.
• No Personal Data: Mixpanel does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, planning data, tasks, events, or any other user content.
• Anonymized Data Only: All analytics data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify individual users.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Giant Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Giant Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App
• Any loss of planning data stored locally on your device
• Any issues arising from the use of the App

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these terms. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
