By downloading, installing, or using Baby Activity Planner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Baby Activity Planner is a mobile application designed to help parents and caregivers plan play activities for children. The App includes features such as:

• Entering settings about your child's age
• Receiving play suggestions based on your child's age
• Saving play suggestions to your device's calendar
• All data is stored locally on your device

The App operates entirely offline, with all data stored locally on your device. Only anonymized total user count data is transmitted to Mixpanel analytics for statistical purposes.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purposes as a play planning tool
• Provide accurate information when using the App
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Not use the App for any illegal purposes
• Understand that play suggestions are general recommendations and may need to be adapted to your child's specific needs and abilities
• Use your own judgment when selecting and implementing play activities

4. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. The App operates entirely offline, with all data stored locally on your device. Only anonymized total user count data is transmitted to Mixpanel analytics. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

5. Calendar Integration

When you choose to save play suggestions to your calendar:

• The App uses your device's calendar integration to create calendar events
• Calendar events are stored locally on your device
• We do not have access to your calendar data
• You are responsible for managing calendar events created by the App
• You can delete calendar events at any time through your device's calendar app

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Giant Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Giant Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App
• Any issues arising from the use of play suggestions or calendar integration
• Any loss of data stored locally on your device
• Any damages arising from reliance on the App's play suggestions

You acknowledge that play suggestions are general recommendations and should be adapted to your child's specific needs, abilities, and circumstances. Always supervise children during play activities.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these terms. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
